Automatic timing suggestions for common daily activities

I want the app to tell me when I should work out and eat so I can plan my day around it (if possible). Ideally I'll also tell it how often and for how long I do these things. (e.g., 30 minute run on monday, wednesday, and friday). The current "suggestions for energy boosts" isn't quite enough if I have specific goals.
